Just a few weeks ago, Malia Lazu took the stage at Babson College, channeling the wisdom and strength of the women who paved the way before us. Her words were a powerful call to action for those ready to fearlessly build a more loving, just, and equitable world. If you're looking for inspiration to keep moving forward, this is a must-watch. ??? https://lnkd.in/driRDQ4a #FearlessWomen #EquityInAction #WomensHistoryMonth #workplacewellness

关于我们
We help foster credible relationships between brands and the 21st-century marketplace by guiding corporations on how to transform their culture to create a more equitable world both inside and out. We provide new skill sets, models and networks necessary to create lasting cultural change resulting in more profitable businesses, better rates of retention, more effective recruitment and successful engagement with both existing and new consumer groups. Success looks like evolving product sets for banks entering new markets, community partnerships for real estate developers expanding into new neighborhoods, experiential anti-bias immersion events for employees and management, the identification of blind spots, measurement of current efforts and creation of best practice strategies through our proprietary diversity audit.

Per @masslive : Now is the time for the better angels of our nature to stand firm. As the this administration rolls back DEI efforts, businesses and nonprofits must hold the line against this attack on equity and inclusion. Diversity isn’t a threat—it’s America’s strength. https://lnkd.in/gW6u7TSM #DEIMatters #EquityForAll #IntentiontoImpact #betterangels | Malia Lazu
