After months of work, we are finally thrilled to announce that CSG has officially acquired The Kinetic Group, making us a prominent player in the field of small-caliber ammunition. This milestone acquisition was formalized yesterday marking the completion of the largest acquisition in CSG's and even Czech history. The Kinetic Group joins our Ammo+ division, alongside Fiocchi, broadening our market reach with 80% of sales to civilian markets, and the rest to defense and law enforcement sectors. I have the honor to announce the largest acquisition of the Czechoslovak Group so far and the largest Czech investment in the USA. After the today′s closing, CSG became the owner of the The Kinetic Group, which includes leading American manufacturers of American small-caliber ammunition: Remington 1816, Federal Ammunition, CCI & Speer Ammunition, HEVI-Shot. I am very happy about this acquisition and I think that the 3,800 American employees of Kinetic, who have become part of the CSG family today, also have reason to rejoice.? We are joining Kinetic as a long-term owner and investor in the development of its brands and businesses. Because CSG is a privately held company, it is not in the grip of the stock markets. Kinetic will develop for the sake of long-term prosperity and not based on quarterly results. I intend to rely on the current management, led by Jason Vanderbrink, whom I met and built trust during the months leading up to the settlement of the transaction. All Kinetic brands, some of which have a tradition dating back to the first half of the 19th century, will be retained and production will remain where it is. If there's one thing I've learned in business, it's that the greatest wealth of any company is its teams. And Kinetic's employees, from production to management, do an excellent job. The tradition of production, which is passed down from generation to generation, cannot and should not be moved. I would like to thank my key collaborators, thanks to whom I was able to bring this record-breaking deal to completion: Petr Formánek, David Chour, David Stepan, Ladislav ?torek, Zdenek Jurak and a number of other collaborators in the Czech Republic and the USA. This acquisition gave us a hard time and was exciting until the last few weeks. But the investment appetite and desire to grow successfully in America do not leave us. Together with my team, I am looking forward to further ambitious projects.
