It is the roughly 30 days from US Thanksgiving to Christmas in which #TKGalumni and new participants spread kindness through their shout outs! Why do we do this??? Because #ItsNotWeaktoSpeak. Those of us who struggle with depression, mental health issues, memories of lost loved ones etc; struggle the most during the Christmas and New Year season.
