The KEITH Team proudly provided survey, subsurface utility engineering, traffic engineering, planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction management services for this 8-story mixed-use affordable housing project. Additionally, the fully operational development is providing supportive services for individuals, families, and the local workforce, including those at risk of homelessness. The primary purpose of these projects is to restore the functional condition of the pavement and address ADA accessibility concerns. The KEITH Team will be performing full roadway design services for the scope as follows: survey, milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, utility coordination, environmental assessment, permitting, TMS modifications, ITS certification, and a Cultural Resources Assessment Survey.

The KEITH Team attended Housing Authority of Pompano Beach’s groundbreaking for Provident Place, an affordable senior housing community. This is the first of the multi-phased revitalization of the Golden Acres community. This midrise, with elevators, consists of 2 buildings comprised of one and two-bedroom units, as well as, a community room, fitness center, dog park and a covered pavilion with grills. KEITH is proudly providing civil engineering, survey, planning, landscape architecture, and construction program management services. With more than three decades of experience, Chuck’s leadership will bring valuable insights, streamline data collection, and improve the overall accuracy and efficiency of our projects. With his guidance, our survey team is poised to achieve new heights in quality and impact. His responsibilities include daily operations of the surveying department, estimating, project progress reporting, coordination with other departments and clients, and business development. He also has extensive experience with a variety of engineering and surveying-related computer software, including Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD), MicroStation, and GEOPAK, and has experience in NPDES documentation.?

We are excited to announce that construction has started for Huizenga Park in downtown Fort Lauderdale. For this phase of the project, KEITH will be providing oversight of construction management and engineering inspection services. The park will include a restoration of the Spirit of Fort Lauderdale fountain, renovations of the Riverwalk, the first public dog park on Las Olas Blvd, and a new multi-level restaurant called Sweetwaters, a parent company of the Rusty Pelican.
