In this role, Axel will spearhead our underwriting and financial analysis initiatives, driving deal execution, process optimization, valuations, and market analysis across our prospective investments and existing portfolio. Axel brings a wealth of experience to our team. Prior to joining Kane, he served as an Investments Manager at Healthpeak Properties, an S&P 500-listed healthcare REIT. He also spent three years on the debt and equity finance team at Mission Capital, where he facilitated capital placement for residential, hospitality, office, and retail investments. Over his impressive career, Axel has closed more than $3 billion in transactions. Axel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
