Reason: The Recruiter will not send a connect or personalized message because 1. There is a time consumption to draft the message. 2. The recruiter has to wait for your response. Considering the Job Market today, the recruiter can find another person within few minutes. Hence they never reach out. ?????????? ???? ???????????? ???????? ???????????? ???? ????????????????? 1. Go to your profile and scroll to Featured Section. 2. Click on the '+' sign and choose Add Media. 3. Select the .pdf document and click on Upload. 4. Mention the proper title. For E.g.: James_Full_Stack_Resume.pdf Featured Section is not the same as Post. QR should be either on the top corners or the bottom corners of the resume. 2. QR code can have details of your Portfolio, LinkedIn or GitHub account with actual hard links present in the resume as well. 3. ???? ???????????? ?? ???? ???????? ?????????????????? ???? ??????? No. Adding one makes the process tedious for the recruiter as well, because they are reading resumes on a PC/Laptop. Adding a QR destroys the very essence of optimization on reading resumes. 4. ???????????????????? ???? ???????????? ?? ????? Dynamic QR has some advantages such as ???????? ????????????????,(You'll be getting a count of how many people have Scanned your QR). 5. Is there any affect on ATS after adding a QR? ATS are not capable to read QR code, because in the end it looks like a code to you, and image to those resume scanning software's, and ATS does not read or extracts an Image.     Gratitude ?? Was checking the Analytics and Reports for Jobbie.io, and the numbers sure did shocked me out. Hence, Sharing with the community. Jobbie uses AI in the backend along with other advanced algorithms to provide resume scores. It's like 60/40 ratio between them. The total number of tokens used in the month of January is Input Tokens: 10 Million. Output Tokens: 2.7 Million. ?????????? In simple terms, roughly over 5000+ resume's were scored in the month of January. Jobbie now ranks on first page of Google on many keywords. The Overall SEO Spend is 0, this growth is all organic. (ATS Resume Checker, ATS Resume Fixer etc...) We have launched the job guidance program and have received a good amount of participation from candidates across the globe. It is still a long journey, with many ladders yet to be climbed. But considering a few months back we launched and standing today at this position is just a dream, we even never thought. If Found Relevant, will move on further to see your Resume and other sections. Other Job Portals like Naukri and Indeed have the option to directly enter the Notice Period, so the Recruiter is aware of the expected joining date before reaching out to the candidate. As there is no such option present in LinkedIn, the best way to show it up is in your headline. So if the recruiter sees that you have a 2 weeks Notice Period Left, and they are looking for an immediate resource to join, they will prioritize your application in consideration to others, and will definitely reach out to you.
