Simply put, online health advocacy is beast! I’m continuing to take note of how critical it is to protect my mental and physical health even the more. Enter #Healthevoices..?? …Johnson & Johnson Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine strives to integrate patient centricty as a business imperative. In doing so, we celebrated 10yrs of a patient curated AND patient driven conference..I’ll let that sink in…Thank you for the opportunity to serve w my AAHHNAZING 2024 Advisors & DEAI task force @HealtheVoices. What a blessing!! Patients not only have photo ops, but we share substantive information around healthcare advocacy (Emerging Trends/#AI, Care Delivery, Health Policy, Creative Innovation, #HealthEquity #DEI, #Disability Accessibility, Grant writing, Pitches, Caregiver resources, Mental Health, etc). We workshop strategies and potential actionable initiatives. It’s a beautifully protected space of diverse narratives, people, and disease areas. HealtheVoices is a unique event, so it’s quite an honor to actually be in the room making it happen with other change makers. You make me better! I can wait to see a where we go from here… Shout out to the entire JnJ team, each person-patient, care partner, and of course my hubby Alvin Massy.
