Did you get this far in life by cheating? Please don't start now. Using engagement pods to grow is not who you are. What Are Engagement Pods? ? A group of people gaming the system by exchanging fake engagement. You drop a comment, they drop a comment—everyone wins, right? If you know anyone who's doing this then ask them "How's the strategy working out for you?" or "How much business have you closed?" and watch them go silent. It's a fast track to losing your audience — and if it's really abusive using automation tools then Google "LinkedIn Jail". It's real. First of all let's look at the end goal, you don't need engagement, you need clients. ?? LinkedIn’s algorithm Is smarter than you think Back in 2023 I mentioned that comments needed to be >8 words and the platform considered anything else less genuine. Fake engagement = lower reach. LinkedIn will catch on, and your posts will stop reaching real people. ?? You’ll lose trust A comment section full of lazy “Great post!” or fist bump replies screams fake. Your audience sees through it. ?? You’re attracting the wrong people Engagement pods confuse LinkedIn’s algorithm. You won’t reach your ideal clients—just a bunch of randoms. Instead this is how the clients and mentees I've served have gotten clients that pay a minimum of 4 figures. ? Build a killer LinkedIn profile ? Create content that gets real engagement (people buy from people, not from companies) ? Build genuine connections with your best-fit clients and refuse connections from randoms in parts of the world that are very unlikely to transact with you. If you want a LinkedIn strategy that attracts high-value clients, comment "Strategy" below and let’s get you the information you need to switch it up. Here's to your success. #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #reinventyourself

"Gotta Get In The Room" I learnt this from Victor M Galvan The real business happens in DMs, Zoom calls, and real conversations. The people here aren’t just lamelessly “networking” — they’re here with the intention to solve a problem. When you spend $3500 to enter a room, people are not there for the free food. They’re made by those willing to take action. Get in the room. Find the problem people are looking to solve. Close the deal. P.S. if you comment “Insiders” below I'll send you exclusive invitations and resources to the tools that have helped me + my clients create a follow-worthy LinkedIn personal brand and find leads, without a dime on Ads. #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #growth #reinventyourself

Questions every business owner needs to answer in 2025: How do you get more people to know about you? How do you make sure your name pops up when people search for your services on Google? How do you make sure people trust you when they Google you to see if you're legit? How do people find you when someone recommends you? How do you quickly establish yourself as an authority and earn that all-important know, like, and trust in a single click—without endless scrolling? After years of rabbit holes the easiest solution I found is: LinkedIn. It's where Google goes to check who you are, what you do, and indexes the keywords tied to your profile. And like it or not, we are who google says we are. If you need help getting started or need to switch it up, my team and I have put together a 2025 LinkedIn Playbook for you to test out today. The biggest mistake that startup entrepreneurs always make... They forget to count their own salary. When they do, they realise the business model is not scalable. People glamorise working from the beach, flexible schedule, unlimited income, travelling the world, having no one to report to. And it’s great… But here’s the other side ?? You never switch off. Doesn’t matter if you’re at dinner, in the gym, or trying to fall asleep—your business is always on your mind, checking the phone, an idea that comes in or something to add to your to do list. It's challenging mentally, physically, emotionally. No safety net. No guaranteed paycheck, the revenue can drop off a cliff. It's up to your ability to believe in yourself. It can strain your personal relationships. Because while everyone else is off the clock, you’re still working and neglecting nurturing relationships with friends and loved ones. That’s why if you’re serious you need to set your priorities straight from day one. No amount of vacations, meditation, or self-care will magically make you “switch off” from your business. The only way to manage it? Being intentional about your relationships and transparent with the people who matter. Entrepreneurship is rewarding, but it’s also ruthless. That's why 9/10 businesses fail within 5 years. Make sure you’re ready for it. If this resonates, drop a comment. And if you know someone who needs to hear this, please share. #Entrepreneurship #Career #Business #Mindset #ReinventYourself

Every week I'm asked "What should I invest in?" My answer: Yourself. That's the only way ou can get clear on your goals. I'm writing this from Dubai where I've spent the last 3 weeks with a client. I've asked these questions to the team I've been mentoring. ???? What's your GPS destination? For example what does your ideal health, wealth, finances, relationships, adventure, travel life look like? Then ask yourself 3 questions for each of the categories above: 1 What do I need to learn 2 What do I need to give up 3 What do I need to do. I showed them what I wrote in 2020 and how by 2023 I had ticked almost everything off. My 2025 vision board has a photo of the Dubai skyline on it. And here I am mentoring these wonderful people i Dubai overlooking that skyline. I've registered my company here and my offer on an investment piece of real estate has just been accepted. Even my Swiss bank (ZKB) flew out a private advisor who met with me. (and 99 other private clients). Who would have thought ????♂? I want to remind you that you are your greatest asset. When you invest in yourself, the returns are infinite. ? Knowledge opens doors. ? Skills set you apart. ? Confidence to take a run at it. So ?? Take that online course. ?? Hire that mentor or coach. ?? Put personal development in your weekly calendar. ???? Learning new tools to level up your career. I've achieved more in the last 5 years since I walked away from my super secure job and began this journey than i did in the 15 years that preceded it. What do you need to learn? Drop it below and I'll be happy to help or connect you with someone who can. #Career #Entrepreneur #Startup #opentowork #reinventyourself

So you want to send a personalized message that really touches them? If I receive a message from a stranger or someone I hardly know that says “Hey, it's been a long time, I was just checking in, see how long you're doing.” I'm thinking there is nothing personal in that. I don't even take the energy to reply. I'll probably mute that person or block them because they're not serving me. And they're just out there to get that deal and they want to sell something, but they're not giving any value. The only people who will engage with those messages are people who have too much time. Instead put yourself in the shoes of the recipient. If you’ve received a personalised message that’s got your attention then take a close look at it and see what it was. And then use that in your own outbound messages. Also ask great questions, “I saw you attended the conference, what was your biggest takeaway?” People love to talk. This is how you build those relationships. And this is how you build those trust. Because the game is Know Like and Trust. #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #reinventyourself

When you target everybody, you target nobody. If you're getting engagement but not seeing real business results, the problem isn’t the algorithm— It’s the strategy. Your audience needs to see themselves in your content. They need clarity, trust, and a reason to take action. If your messaging is vague, your call-to-action is weak, or you’re focused on features instead of transformation, people will scroll past without a second thought. Content that converts speaks directly to the right people, solves a clear problem, and makes it effortless for them to say yes. The good news? A few small shifts can turn your content into a lead-generating machine. Would you like someone with a winning team and community by your side combined with plug-and-play templates to create conversion content? If so then DM me "LINKEDIN" and join myself and the [in] academy team in our Content Conversion System? & take out all the Guesswork of Growing on LinkedIn ?? #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #reinventyourself

What’s the problem you solve? "People either need to find high net worth clients, top performer employees or establish themselves as thought leaders." The tool I use to achieve that is specifically LinkedIn. There no instruction manual so people get bored, confused and head back to Instagram or Facebook, hoping for results, a year goes by and they're in the same place. We show them how to use LinkedIn the right way. ? So they can get there content to the top of the feed of ideal clients. ? Build relationships with loyal, repeat buyers. ? Stop wasting time on service providers that over-promise and don’t deliver. No wishy-washy, I'm a numbers guy and data doesn't lie. It’s about closing deals, building trust, and getting real results. If you need support, here's our 2025 LinkedIn Sales Playbook for Coach & Consultants. It's free https://lnkd.in/e5yc6jyy #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #reinventyourself

"The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in the battle" The majority of salespeople have no training, no process and no roleplay. They get to the first step of the sales process "The greeting" and they already get an objection "I'm just looking". Through training we learn how to be ready for objections because they can pop up even in the greeting. An energetic warm, friendly vibe goes a long way. ? "Great to see you, welcome, Still or Sparkling water?" Keep it short. Get straight to the point while staying approachable ? "May I ask what it was that caught your eye?" Offer information to build rapport. ? Find something relatable to connect on. People buy from people, and building that human connection is key. Offer options. ? Giving choices empowers the other person and creates a more collaborative feel. Have a great attitude. ? Your energy is contagious—make sure it’s positive. The purpose of the greeting is simple: Put the buyer at ease. If you can't close a deal, try role-playing the scenario with someone, you'll get more clarity. Thank you Dr. Maryam Essa Al Ali Zastoupil for inspiring this post. #LinkedInTips #PersonalBranding #SocialSelling #reinventyourself

The best content will be the ones posted with intention. If you've ever wanted to post and thought "What do I even talk about?" you’re not alone. Sometimes ideas flow effortlessly— ? a book you’re reading sparks inspiration, ? a dinner conversation ignites ? a thought, or an experience makes you want to share. In those moments, you’re in the zone. But when you force content without intention, that’s when the struggle begins. You stare at the screen, overthink, and get stuck. Here’s what helps me: ? I create from inspiration, but with strategy. ? I collect ideas when they come— take a photo of a phrase I highlighted in a book, jotting notes on a audiobook, recording thoughts on voice recorder or writing notes. ? I write with clarity on my message, my audience, and my goal. Content isn’t about throwing words on a screen—it’s about showing up with purpose. So next time you sit down to post, ask yourself: ? What do I want my audience to take away from this? That shift makes all the difference. Alternatively, if you don't want to create content alone DM "CCS" and join me [in]side Content Conversion System? & take out all the guesswork of growing on LinkedIn ?? #linkedin #reinventYourself #entrepreneurship #contentwriting #linkedintips
