She’s also a big proponent of using technology - tools like PlanGrid and BIM 360 help her streamline communication and keep projects moving smoothly. One of her favorite aspects of the job? As 2025 kicks off, hotel brands like Marriott International and Hilton are forecasting growth, with Marriott expecting 4-5% net rooms growth by year-end. According to Mark Hoplamazian, President and CEO of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, “Business transient customers remained our strongest growth segment, delivering revenue growth of 10% in the quarter. We continue to see our large corporate customers back on the road, and we experienced an increase in both demand and average rate in the quarter.” With steady growth in both business and leisure travel, the industry looks set for a positive year.
