We're excited to announce that our CEO, William "Chip" Beaman, will be receiving the Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program MVP award on March 8, 2025, at the Annual Teen Summit! Chip has been a huge advocate for empowering marginalized youth and guiding them toward potential careers in the entertainment industry. As an advisory board member, he not only shares his expertise but also creates opportunities for these young students to explore new career paths. Recently, Chip organized a visit for Kollab Youth members to the Riot Games campus, where they had the chance to explore the home of iconic titles like League of Legends, VALORANT, and Arcane. We want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing "Rioters" at Riot Games including Jacquie Shriver Sladeck, Greg Nelson, Sherry Fan, and Samantha Garcia for their efforts and guidance! We are so proud of Chip's dedication to making a difference and are so excited for him to accept the award at the Kollab Youth Teen Summit at the California Science Center! We're grateful to be the first to experience Jeremy Hall's new workshop for voice actors. By focusing on an invisible scene partner, everyone was able to bring such emotional depth and huge dynamic reads tonight! Thank you Jeremy for the fantastic direction and lesson, and thank you to the students for bringing your A-game!

We're often working with teams on a small screen on our monitors. We see actors one session at a time, or an engineer a few times per project. We communicate with writers through emails or consultants via phone. When we're in the thick of a project, we don't realize how little we actually see each other! Moments like these where we get to see each other in person -- sometimes it's for the first time or sometimes it feels like it's been years! -- are moments we don't want to take for granted. Thank you to all those who were able to join us, making memories and touching grass with us, during another cool, cloudy day in January (can you believe it rained on our picnic for the 2nd year in a row?). ?? ??
