Paris 2024 Olympian Laviai Nielsen, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021, earned Bronze in yesterday's women's 400m race! Speaking about herself and her twin sister, Lina Nielsen, also an Olympic runner with MS,?she said: “We're still able to do what we love, which is running as fast as we can. And we want to show people that even though there might be a roadblock, you can still continue...It’s still being able to do your passion and understanding that it's not always going to be a smooth path. I think once you accept that, it's much easier to just keep on moving forward." Thank you for sharing your story and being a beacon of hope to other women with chronic conditions! #parisolympics #chronicboss #chronicillnesswarrior #multiplesclerosis
