Gastonia, NC - Day Care Development After multiple previous attempts by others, we successfully rezoned this challenging commercial property in Gastonia, NC, for a new daycare facility. - Rezoning approved - National tenant secured with a 10-year corporate-backed lease We’re set to close on the project in February 2025, with construction beginning shortly after. A huge thank you to our local civil partners, The Thrasher Group, in helping make this a reality. 2?? Richland County, SC - Residential Development We also achieved rezoning for a 30-acre parcel in Richland County, SC, paving the way for 90 single-family homes. This will be our first residential infrastructure project in the area, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with NVR, Inc. on this exciting new neighborhood.
