Cyberstalking and harassment can take many different forms, whether you’re receiving distressing messages, being bullied, having personal information released online, or you suspect you’re being monitored. ? ? Our latest guide will help you understand what laws and regulations apply in the UK, how to report cyberstalking and harassment, what evidence you should collect and store, and how to engage with the police and other supporting organisations.?

This Safer Internet Day, take control of your online security. Social media accounts are easy targets for cybercriminals, so whether your account has been hacked, or you want to better prevent it from happening, you should follow these steps: ? Use strong, unique passwords. Ideally a mixture of letters, numbers, and symbols that do not include easily identifiable information. ? Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). This will add an extra layer of security to your accounts. ? Change your login details on other sites that use the same - or similar - usernames/passwords. Every login should be unique. ?
