People have already started posting - It’s really heartwarming to see :) We’re gonna be dropping more and more features - the plan is to build the strongest digital intervention that has ever existed on planet earth. ?? ???? ??? We just hit 10k check-ins on Clear 30 since we started logging it a few months ago! Changing your habits - especially around substances - is hard. We've put a lot of ?? into the design - in order to make checking in fun, frictionless, and rewarding. Along with, ?? Thatcher Clough, ???? Fred Muench, and the rest of the Clear30 team, I'm excited to leverage the power of community, peer groups, AI, and proven behavior change science, to help people improve their relationship with weed. ?? ?? ?? Update day is here, and we couldn't be more hyped! For a lot of people, taking a step back from smoking weed is tough. We get it. That's why we're focused on making Clear30 as easy, effective, and supportive as possible. Our latest update is designed to help you stay on track with your habits while making the app simpler and more rewarding to use. Shoutout to some of our team! Thatcher Clough, our talented developer/designer, and Dr. Fred Muench, our behavior change expert, have both been working tirelessly to blend great design with the best of addiction science. We've drawn from Dr. Muench's research on Effort Optimized Interventions to help users make positive changes with minimal effort, to create a new UX that makes getting the most out of Clear30 even easier. Here's what you can expect: ?? Open Layout: Scroll easily without buttons slowing you down. Navigating through Clear30 is now smoother than ever. ?? Autoplay Videos: Just swipe, and the helpful videos start playing. No more hunting for the right content—it's all there, ready for you. ?? Rewarding Progress: We've added subtle rewards for engaging with Clear30, giving gentle nudges to explore more and track your journey. Hopefully you guys like it! At Clear 30, we know ?accountability? is key to achieving your goals—whether you’re taking a break from cannabis or managing your use. That’s why we offer personalized accountability texts to keep users on track. ?? Over the next few months, we’re testing different styles of support messages and expanding our options to better serve our users. So far, we’ve developed three types of messages: - ? Check-in Messages: Friendly reminders to track progress in the app. - ?? Slip-up Messages: Encouraging words and actionable steps if someone doesn’t meet their goal. - ?? Announcing The Clear30 Digital Cannabis Break We are so excited to announce the official launch of the Clear30 Digital Cannabis Break Program, just in time for after 4/20. Clear30 (www.clear30.org) offers 30 days of support for those looking to stop, reduce, or simply take a break from cannabis, without judgment. It's available for free until April 22nd via an iOS app or by texting "Clear30" to 60217 (which will also lead you to the app if desired). Please share with your networks! Clear30 includes great features such as personalized messaging, meditations, educational resources, videos, a tracking calendar, video journaling, a weekly support group, and ClaireBot, an educational cannabis support bot.
