Through industry partnerships, our community of practice offers learners invaluable opportunities to explore pathways and develop the skills needed for long-term success. ?? We’re thrilled to release our new Catalyze Case Studies — where we’ll highlight innovative and impactful career-connected learning models from our community of practice! First up is unCommon Construction's apprenticeship program, which helps learners break industry stereotypes and develop critical skills. To date, Uncommon has created 475+ apprenticeships and: ? 100% of alumni graduate high school on time. ? Over 80% of alumni continue their education or secure stable employment within six months of graduation. ? Apprentices earn approximately $1,000 per semester and can qualify for additional scholarships through “Equity Awards.” Apprentices collectively have earned $500,000 in wages and scholarships since 2015.
