  • How does a company function like--and unlike--how a family functions? In the midst of a high-stakes project, with a fast-approaching deadline, how can you track the interplay between the individuality and togetherness forces? As a consultant, hired to help, what is the help that truly helps? Whether as an outside consultant or as a leader, the abilities to think systems and to define oneself well in the workplace can sharpen one's observations and practice, and also surface heretofore unexplored tensions and questions. Differentiation at Work?invites a learning cohort to engage these kinds of questions toward these kinds of capacities in the upcoming year. Beginning in September, monthly mid-day Monday sessions include guest presentations, break-out discussion, participant presentations, and consultation groups. Participants also engage in monthly individual coaching. Toward the end of the year, in late April, the cohort will gather in Washington, DC for a full day of rich interchange. Program tuition includes FREE admission to The Bowen Center's 2024 November Symposium and 2025 Spring Conference. In addition, participants gain complimentary access to The Center's entire digital media library of articles and videos.
