    The best thing I deliver? Clarity. I work with high-level executives, founders, and industry leaders, people who have built incredible businesses, led teams, and innovated in ways that change industries. They did not get to where they are by playing it safe. Their instincts are sharp, and their decisions move the needle. Their teams respect them, and their voices carry weight. But when it comes to their personal brand? That’s where things get overlooked. Some personal brands are powerful. Some are invisible. And some, well, some are just off track. No photos or videos from that keynote in front of 1,000+ people? A lost opportunity. No mention of the board seats and advisory roles you’ve held for 15 years on your LinkedIn profile? It’s social proof, the secret weapon behind every high-impact personal brand. Here’s how to get it: 1. Make It Easy for Others to Talk About You Encourage others to share their positive experiences with you. What to do: Ask at the right moment: “I’d love to feature your experience. How else has this helped you?” Most people are happy to share when prompted. The impact: When people naturally talk about you, it builds trust and credibility, making it easier for new opportunities to come your way. 2. Create Shareable Moments That Stick Generate organic visibility by engaging in meaningful interactions.     Imposter syndrome isn’t about reality; it’s about perception. And the fastest way to shift perceptions? Look at the data! ?? Fact #1: If you’ve delivered results before, so you can do it again. Start tracking your wins: client testimonials, project successes, peer feedback. When self-doubt creeps in, look at the evidence. ?? Fact #2: Confidence comes from action, not the other way around. Most people wait until they “feel ready” before taking a leap. My experience? Confidence builds after repeated action, not before. Publish that post, pitch that idea, apply for that opportunity; momentum kills your doubt. ?? Fact #3: Imposter syndrome is a sign of growth. Feeling like you’re stretching beyond your comfort zone?
