I'm thrilled to share my summer internship experience with The Blueberry Hill! During my 12 weeks in Salt Lake City, I had the incredible opportunity to work closely with the CEO, gaining valuable insights into running a small business. I planned and developed marketing campaigns, created social media content, and assisted with operations and order fulfillment. I also took the lead in applying for the company's prospective B Corp certification by implementing formalized documents and policies to support an impact business model. I'm excited to continue working remotely as I complete my senior year, having earned the role of Marketing Specialist. I'm beyond grateful for this transformative learning experience.
