Celebrating Our Grand Opening at The Belgrove Resort & Spa! We're excited to celebrate the official grand opening of The Belgrove, the only resort in West Palm Beach! While we've been welcoming guests for a while now, this milestone marks a special moment for us to come together with our community and celebrate. Our grand opening festivities were made even more special by the presence of Jonah Sonnenborn from Access Industries and Alex Witkoff from WITKOFF . We were also honored to have Mayors Keith James and Maria Marino, Milton Segarra, CDME CEO of Discover The Palm Beaches, and Commissioner Gregg Weiss join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, showcasing support from our local leaders. Mark joined us in July 2024 and has been instrumental in our successful launch, ensuring a seamless financial operation and fostering a supportive work environment. Mark's dedication to creating a growth-oriented team is truly commendable. He's currently building a strong finance team and is looking for talented individuals to join him as an Assistant Director of Finance and an Accounting Clerk. When he's not leading our financial efforts, you might find Mark jet skiing or hitting the golf course. He's a talented pool player, in 2023 and 2024, Mark had the honor of participating in the American Pool?Players Association National Tournament Singles Finals in Las Vegas. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened resort, The Belgrove Resort & Spa in Palm Beach. First and foremost, I want to thank Kai Fischer, the Managing Director, for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet with me. Kai originally reached out to me back in 2022 regarding his son and his involvement in sports. Over time, as we stayed in touch, I learned about his exciting new role at the Belgrove Resort, which coincidentally began right before I started at Shell Bay. This resort is set to become a premier destination in the West Palm Beach area as part of the Autograph Collection. It’s definitely worth considering for your next stay! One of its standout features is the Nicklaus Signature Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Course, which is an exclusive members club right next door. I’d like to extend my gratitude to Ryan Carroll the Director of Golf, and his team for giving me a tour of this stunning course. The Belgrove Resort & Spa and Dutchman’s Pipe private golf club are developed by the WITKOFF Group, Access Industries and PPG Development LLC and it’s exciting to see their vision coming to life. I’ve had the chance to connect with ownership on a basic level, and as I continue my work at Shell Bay Club in Hallandale Beach, I look forward to seeing how this incredible resort evolves. Thank you to everyone who made my visit so special. I can’t wait to return—hopefully next time with my golf game a bit more polished so I can experience the course firsthand!
