After graduating from The Beacon program in 2022, she has dedicated her career to uplifting others. From supporting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault through Courageous Fire LLC to helping individuals in reentry find stability and recovery, Latisha has been a guiding light for so many. With extensive experience in resource gathering, housing navigation, and second-chance employment, she brings both expertise and deep compassion to her work. Her passion for empowering women, respecting their unique journeys, and embracing multiple pathways to healing makes her an invaluable part of our team. Many of the women we serve arrive with little to no belongings and are at high risk of homelessness without our programming.
