Construction at Westgate on Third remains on schedule, with steady progress across multiple buildings and community amenities. ??? Key milestones were met in structural work, interior finishes, and amenities, keeping the project on track in terms of budget and timeline. As the project continues throughout Q1 2025, efforts will focus on interior buildouts, continued framing, and site-wide infrastructure. Westgate on Third is a Class A+ multifamily development in Bloomington, Indiana, near major employers, retail, and Indiana University. The project comprises 371 luxury units spread across 16 residential buildings and a clubhouse, with floor plans that include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit features condo-style finishes, in-unit washers and dryers, and access to premium amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, golf simulator, resort-style pool, and private dog park.
