The Northeast Alabama Regional Airport had the pleasure of hosting a Gadsden City high school student who wants to go into the field of aviation specifically being a pilot and we let her know the sky is the limit whether it's being a pilot or being an airport manager. The Gadsden City high school posted: Recently over 40 Gadsden City High School students participated in job shadowing with local industry. The students were able to gain valuable experience in their career of interest. Congratulations Pryor Field on today’s announcement regarding growth and expansion at your park. The new taxiway will lead to jobs and economic growth for our community. This year's The Aviation Council of Alabama at Auburn University was nothing short of exceptional, and great to be back at my alma mater on the plains! It was also great to hear of all of the great legislative progress made in the efforts to see that our state's airports budget will continue to grow.
