Pregaming the keynote @ NVIDIA GTC with this great ASOM Pod episode on customer experience. A few snippets that stuck with me: 1. Set expectations, and then meet them. Onboarding is just the start… long-term retention depends on consistently delivering on what your value prop promises. 2. Customer service shouldn’t only be support. It can be a high revenue driver ?? Investing in education for support agents can turn service interactions into moments that build loyalty and drive future engagement. 3.
