?? The COVID pandemic affected the employment status of health care workers, but little is known about how the pandemic affected #pharmacist employment. ? A new paper from Mott et al. finds that over 1/3 of practicing pharmacists changed their #employment situation between March 2020 and December 2022, with evidence suggesting that changing employment improved pharmacist work-life. ? The results have implications for recruitment of prospective pharmacy students, training of current and future pharmacy students, and research to improve work systems for pharmacists to improve their work-life.
