Over an intensive five-day mentorship journey, they gained critical skills in transformative leadership, decision-making, and community engagement, all while embracing the core values of integrity, service, and resilience. We believe young people hold the power to unlock change. When equipped with the right tools, networks, and mindset, they can shift narratives, influence policies, and build sustainable solutions for their communities. COHORT 3 didn’t just learn leadership... they lived it, working collectively to develop the Kilifi County Resolution, a bold blueprint for addressing local challenges and driving long-term impact. Their journey doesn’t end here. They step out not just as leaders, but as architects of change, ready to transform their communities and inspire the next generation. The future is now!
