Girls Dream Code had an amazing time at Family Engineering Day hosted by The Works Museum and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. We had fun activities that covered these topics: circuit boards & LED strips, VR headset, Robotics and Cybersecurity! We loved seeing the kids get excited about technology!

The Works Museum is seeking artists and community members to consult and collaborate with on an upcoming exhibit. This is an exciting opportunity for participants to draw inspiration from their own backgrounds and help create exhibits that reflect the ingenuity and design work of the communities and cultures represented in the Twin Cities. Please share this opportunity with your networks to help us find creative individuals to work with! Included here are creative briefs for the upcoming exhibit. We are looking for collaboration in the form of consultation or the creation of physical or digital works. Budget and compensation will be determined in consultation with each participant and depends on the level of involvement and type/complexity of the work proposed.

This role also involves being the go-to person for coordinating camp logistics and processing registrations for exciting camps and museum memberships. A passion for creating memorable experiences for visitors, along with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks with a positive outlook, is essential for this role!
