Have you reported harassment to your HR department? Share your experience:?https://lnkd.in/gQA2b7JT Silent Sisterhood is conducting research on what happens after reporting harassment to HR. Based on early data from the survey:?Women who lodge complaints or file lawsuits against their employers report experiencing a mix of emotions. One in four (23%) felt relief and 1 in 10 (11%) felt an increased sense of self-esteem after taking action. However, the majority felt negative emotions after lodging a complaint or lawsuit, including anxiety (87%), fear (70%) and depression (56%).
