Feeling Stuck in the Old Way of Doing Things? You're Not Alone. We hear you. One of our community wild ones recently shared their frustration with the traditional leadership structures that prioritise hoarding power at the top, leaving the rest of us to fight for scraps. They asked, "When do we, as employees, finally stand up and say 'Yeah nah, that old-school way of thinking is out'?". "This is the way we have always done it..." ???????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????? Cause you've done it inefficiently for years, you're gonna continue to do it that way? Many are feeling the strain of outdated practices that no longer serve the needs of the modern workforce. The world is changing, and so should the way we work. From resistance to bold ideas to the continuous cycle of top-down management, it's easy to feel to feel fucken trapped in a 9-5. But here's the thing.. change starts with us, the people. True, fearless leadership doesn’t come from the top-down. No, it comes from within teams who are willing to challenge the status quo, question outdated narratives, and demand better for everyone. So how can we get started? One small step is by holding space for those hard conversations. Don’t wait for "permission from leadership" to spark change, fuck that!. Share your thoughts, highlight the issues, and back them up with data or real-life examples that show why the current system isn’t working. Here's a tip: Use your voice. Leaders need to hear the concerns and ideas of those on the ground. Don’t be afraid to start that conversation, even if it’s uncomfortable. It’s how movements get started and we all know it’s time for something new. We’re at a tipping point. The more the world sways toward this crap, the harder we rise up and disrupt it. REBELLION IN HISTORY SPOTLIGHT ? Rebellion Against the Global Norm: New Zealand’s Anti-Nuclear Stance In the 1980s, New Zealand made a move that shook the world and set a rebellious precedent. At a time when nuclear powers were dictating global politics, NZ rejected the status quo and chose peace over power, environment over destruction, and sovereignty over pressure. While superpowers like the US and the Soviet Union were locked in a nuclear arms race, New Zealand stood firm in saying NO to nuclear weapons and nuclear-powered ships—even when it meant defying its closest allies. This wasn’t just a political move; it was a radical act of disruption. NZ didn’t simply follow the global norm...they completely broke it. But the world didn’t take kindly to this defiance. New Zealand faced harsh criticism from the very nations it had long been allied with, especially the US. In response to New Zealand’s refusal to allow nuclear ships into its waters, the US suspended its defense pact with NZ, leading to a period of tension. However, through it all, New Zealand stood tall in its rebellion, unwavering in its commitment to a nuclear-free future. Despite the judgment, the pressure, and the diplomatic fallout, New Zealand knew they made the right choice. The decision to remain nuclear-free has only grown in significance over the years, and New Zealand continues to stand proud of its stand for peace, safety, and environmental responsibility. By choosing to be nuclear-free, New Zealand sent a powerful message to the world: you don’t need to conform to be strong. Sometimes true power is found in standing for what’s right, even when the world tries to push you down. ??? This was more than a protest... it was a bold rebellion for peace. The nuclear-free movement in New Zealand dovetailed with the growing global environmental movement, which called for a shift away from the dangerous and unsustainable use of nuclear power. New Zealand’s strong position on this issue has made it a model for those seeking alternatives to nuclear energy. New Zealand’s rebellion continues to inspire.
