The Wellness Center at the North Texas Rehab Center

The Wellness Center, located in the North Texas Rehab Center, offers 13,000 square feet of state-of-the-art equipment, land and water fitness classes, Wilson Therapy Pool, a six-lane 25-yard lap pool and various wellness screenings so members can swim, step, lift, or glide their way to better health. Land and water fitness classes are included in your membership. We also offer swimming lessons, massage therapy, personal training and an array of wellness programs and screenings. All new members receive a free 15-minute snapshot assessment with a trained professional.
