We’ve redistributed millions in grant funding, partnered with funders to support our community, and empowered thousands of Black women and queer founders. In the last 2 years, our community has grown from 2,000 to nearly 50,000 passionate members, and I've connected with over 23,000 of you here on LinkedIn, sharing funding resources and support! While I often highlight our initiatives and resources, there's something close to my heart that I don’t talk about enough (ironically)—?? my commitment to speaking and teaching. ?? In recent years, I've had the honor of speaking at transformative events, summits, and programs like Spelman College’s Spelpreneur Program, the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards x Google, organizations/institutions like Stanford University, and closest to my heart, creating and facilitating The Well Work’s Build Wellth Founder Academy (BWFA) 4-week funding accelerator. ?? I've coached hundreds of founders, guided change-makers, executives, and leaders, and facilitated impactful programs on entrepreneurship, self-advocacy, equity, and embracing our Black (+) Queer identities.
