We’ve Struck Gold! Not just in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, but in the community, collaboration, and innovation we’re surrounded by every day. Just like daffodils pushing through the soil to bloom, growth happens when the right conditions come together—and here in Northern Colorado, we’re lucky to be part of an ecosystem that nurtures ideas, supports entrepreneurs, and fuels innovation. From our home at Forge Campus to the inspiring connections made at Founded in FoCo last week, we’re reminded that real treasure isn’t just found—it’s built through community. Here’s to the bright minds and bold ideas that make this region a truly golden place to grow. #StPatricksDay #StruckGold #InnovationEcosystem #NorthernColorado #WarehouseBusinessAccelerator

It’s Public Schools Week! Our public teachers and school districts from kindergarten through high school work hard to educate the next generation of innovators and equip them with skills to make them future ready. The Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways through Thompson School District are a vital way for students to learn transferable skills that make them workforce ready or give them a jump start into postsecondary education in a chosen field. In honor of Public Schools Week, we want to highlight two of the nearly two dozen pathways available to Loveland area students. The Design and Manufacturing Pathway spends two years teaching students skills that are essential to advanced manufacturing. They complete the program with OHSA 10-Manufacturing, Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMfgA) and MSSC Certified Production Assistant certifications, along with free tuition to the pathway courses at AIMS Community College. The Engineering Technology Pathway has students focus on engineering and robotics skills over the course of a four-year program. Students who participate in the pathway are eligible to join Skills USA and the Technology Student Association (TSA). Berthoud High School, Mountain View High School, and Loveland High School have access to these advanced courses. By working together with community colleges, universities, and industry, public schools are helping shape the future of workforce and innovation. CTE programs also exist in other Northern Colorado school districts including Poudre School District, Weld RE-4 School District, Weld County School District 6, and St. Vrain Valley Schools, so if you have a student in or nearing high school, make sure to engage with their school about the options available to support their future success!

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a village to create a community - and to develop new leaders. Last week we were proud to host Leadership Northern Colorado's (LNC) 2025 class! Both our Executive Director Allison Seabeck and Program Manager Kat Hart are alumni of the program and learned firsthand the importance of supporting regional leadership growth. During their visit, we shared the mission for the Warehouse Business Accelerator, toured the Innovation Hub, and gave a peek at what the future of innovation in Loveland and beyond will look like. We are incredibly excited that leaders continue to step into LNC for a deeper look at all the pieces that make our region excellent, and how their work contributes to future prosperity! Great to see Ousia Labs leveraging subcritical CO? extraction! This level of precision and purity is exactly the kind of innovation we love to see in our community.
Discover the purity of subcritical CO? extraction: This method uses pressurized CO? to delicately extract essential oils and flavor compounds, maintaining full-spectrum freshness. Unlike traditional methods, it doesn't leave behind solvents or damage fragile elements. Ideal for extracting pure essence from essential oils, hops, vanilla, and citrus botanicals. Experience the natural essence captured with CO? extraction today. #CO2Extraction #EssentialOils #NaturalEssence #PureExtraction #SustainableIngredients #NaturalFlavors #SolventFree #FullSpectrum
