Meet Max Baccam, a Field Training Manager in Texas! Max plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our stores by training newly hired and promoted Store Managers. But Max's commitment doesn't stop there—she continues to mentor these managers throughout their journey at The Vitamin Shoppe, offering guidance, sharing her wealth of knowledge, and always being available to assist in any way she can. Max's impact extends beyond her immediate team and store. Following the devastation of Hurricane Beryl, Max's compassion and leadership shone brightly. She initiated a charitable donation drive that resonated throughout the community, coordinating the collection and delivery of essential items. Thanks to her efforts, three large trucks were filled with donations and distributed to local churches across Houston, providing much-needed relief to those affected by the hurricane. Max Baccam exemplifies the values of The Vitamin Shoppe, and her dedication, leadership, and compassion make her an invaluable asset to our district and the entire company.
