What’s the number one factor keeping you from being more physically active? For many women, three major barriers stand out: lack of motivation, lack of enjoyment, and fear of judgement around physical ability or body image. In fact, 61% of women report a fear of being judged for their physical ability or appearance. What’s more, only 9% of women feel well-informed about what exercise is beneficial for them at different life stages.
