As an aviation professional with over 25 years in aircraft management, maintenance, and operations, Phillip is excited to bring his attention to detail, innovative mindset, and passion for teamwork to this new venture. Outside of his career, he enjoys woodworking, classic cars, and spending quality time with his family. Known for her entrepreneurial acumen, Erika approaches her role with a business-oriented mindset, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic growth for the organization. With over 20 years devoted to the health, wellness, and nutrition fields, Erika holds a BA from Temple University, a BS from Kansas State University, and an MS from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Erika's love for volleyball, which began in college, has endured through her participation on a local parks and recreation team for the past 24 years.
