Elizabeth Jurinka, Operating Director for Healthcare Policy at Vistria PRG, talked about how the industry needs real, collaborative dialogue between the government and the private sector. Specifically, there is an opportunity for responsible, private sector players to help drive value and innovation. She also shared her insights about the role of regulator 'guardrails' and their impact on healthcare markets. #HLTHUSA

In a landmark deal set to be one of California's largest market-rate to affordable housing conversions, we are proud to announce the acquisition of Hillsdale Garden in San Mateo, California. This transaction demonstrates how private investment, local government, and non-profits can partner to create scalable and efficient models for addressing the housing crisis across the country.
