Employees are promoted into leadership roles because they are performing well in their job. However, the promotion often requires them to do more than just their functional job, becoming a great “coach” in addition to being a great “player”. We are grateful to partner with clients like Matt Phinney, Marnie Starkman, and the Toronto Blue Jays and we applaud them for recognizing the importance of developing great "coaches". They recently launched their 2nd cohort of The Venn Collective (TVC)'s Player-to-Coach Program providing new and seasoned leaders with the skills, knowledge and tools to catalyze the performance of their teams while reinforcing their organizational values.
