On February 27, 2025, FinCEN announced it will not enforce penalties, fines, or take action against companies for failing to file beneficial ownership information (BOI) reports under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). The March 21, 2025, filing deadline will not be enforced, and more updates are expected this month.
