Exciting times! Since our first action article in the AI-powered workforce series launched last week, the response has been phenomenal. Also, during my trip to the CLO Exchange in San Diego the last few days, I enjoyed thoughtful conversations with fellow executives about how AI is reshaping our approach to business and leadership. A value-packed, intense first day here at CLO Exchange in San Diego. Kicked off with an insightful panel on AI, very skillfully chaired by Rachel Bolton. In the second session, Jaakko Kaikuluoma and Satu Salminen showcased a really good Zoominfo use case for around agent-supported 360 reviews. After lunch, Elisa Mallis talked about how organizations might change how they develop their leaders, before David Cooper and Nichole Kneedler to the stage to discuss transforming disparate groups into a single, high performing leadership team - and made us become a highly functioning group with an exercise. Excellent stuff! Followed by another deep dive, this time with Nathan Jones on the productivity shift: AI, skills and the new learning imperative, a use case study. But that wasn't it, yet. Speed networking, and then Breakout sessions, featuring two intense discussion groups, each a pick out of 3 topics - and finally, canapés and drinks in the garden, before heading out to dinner.
