In addition to prioritizing customer satisfaction, he is always looking at new and exciting industries for TTH to venture into. With a degree in Marketing and Management from University of Mount Union, Jimmy uses his management background and friendly attitude to keep our customers happy. Jimmy joined the company in 2023, and during his time with the company, his favorite parts are the team environment and the relationships that he has built. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, volleyball, and softball with his friends, as well as rooting for his Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. Thanks for being a part of our team Jimmy!

?? Meet the Team: Nick Pantelis We’re excited to introduce Nick Pantelis, one of our great project managers. Alongside prioritizing customer satisfaction, he consistently seeks out new and exciting projects for TTH to bring to fruition. With a degree in advertising management from Michigan State University, Nick uses his marketing expertise and customer management skills to keep our customers happy. Nick joined the company in 2024, and during his short time, he is most proud of taking on exciting and challenging new projects. In his free time, he likes to stay active by working out or playing golf. You can find him cheering for the Chicago Bears and Michigan State Spartans during game day! ?? Meet the Team: Kelly Lucha We’re thrilled to introduce our Director of Sales and Project Management, Kelly Lucha. She has been with TTH since 2019, starting as a SPM and manager before transitioning into the director role in 2023. With degrees in marketing and logistics from John Carroll University, Kelly applies her experience and industry knowledge to any and every project she oversees. Kelly’s favorite thing about her role is being a part of a team that creates products that make a difference. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball and golf, as well as decorating for every holiday. No matter when game day is, you can find her rooting for all Cleveland and Ohio State teams.

?? Meet the Team: Chris Wickens ?? We’re thrilled to introduce Chris Wickens, an outstanding member of our Project Management team. In addition to making sure customer projects are a success, he assists with digital marketing and data analysis. With a degree in Management Information Systems from West Virginia University, Chris brings a wealth of technical skills and a positive attitude to everything he does. Chris has been with the company since 2024, and during his time, he has found the people and culture at TTH to be superb. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, as well as watching his beloved Mountaineers and Eagles play football.

?? Meet the Team: Nicki Gear! We’re thrilled to introduce Nicki Gear, an outstanding member of our Business Development team. She is responsible for day-to-day customer management and finding new opportunities for expansion for TTH. With over 25 years of experience, she leverages her industry knowledge to provide outstanding customer service. Nicki has been with the company since 1996, beginning part-time in high school. During college, she assisted in production, administration, and quality, watching TTH grow from under 25 employees to over 80. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in dog sports / therapy dog work with her yellow Labrador, Brizo, and enjoying the outdoors year-round.
