Meet our lovely coaches and mentors for the 2024-2025 academic year! All Fellows are paired with two veteran educators of color—a coach and a mentor—who provide tailored guidance and support. Coaches observe Fellows monthly, offering actionable feedback to refine their instructional skills and classroom management. Mentors, meeting monthly as well, focus on helping Fellows navigate the unique dynamics and culture of their school environment, while also offering strategies for work-life balance and personal well-being. This dual support system fosters both professional growth and sustainable personal development for Fellows as they advance in their teaching careers.
