?? Ghosting employers? Boo. This is a hot topic right now, especially when it comes to Gen Z candidates. They're getting a bad rap. Discussions like this recent one on X are sparking heated debates. From our years of experience in recruitment, ghosting often happens when: ?? Candidates feel overwhelmed by the process. ?? They’re unsure of where they stand and don’t know how to ask. ?? The job or company wasn’t what they expected at the first stage interview (HELLO authentic company culture), so they are no longer interested. Transparency and communication are key.
