Now, there's a serious nurse shortage. Those who stayed face unsafe nurse-patient ratios, leading to more burnout. Nurses in these conditions feel unseen and unheard. In these tough times, it's crucial to appreciate the amazing work of nurses. The Stellar Nurses aims to show nurses they are valued by their community and patients. We created a platform to honor nurses globally—a group often unnoticed. This initiative adapts to meet the nursing community's needs. We started with a promise to support the nurses we help. This dialogue led to a learning and knowledge hub. We offer a safe place for mentorship, providing a nurturing environment for nurses.
