With Dr. Provencher’s expertise and guidance, fellows engaged in hands-on learning with specialized techniques and tools, gaining insights on advanced techniques from one of the nation’s leading shoulder surgeons. Dr. Provencher brings extensive expertise in complex shoulder and knee surgery. Formerly the head team physician for the New England Patriots?and a veteran of the US Navy, he has dedicated his career to advancing orthopaedic care for military and sports medicine. He joined The Steadman Clinic?and SPRI in 2016 and currently serves as chairman of the Vail Health Institutional Review Board. He has made significant contributions to orthopaedic research, with over 264 peer-reviewed publications, 148 book chapters, and six textbooks. Dr. Ledford is the true MVP of “Where’s Waldo” ???? Dr. Ledford spent the month of October as a traveling fellow with the prestigious Knee Society’s Insall Traveling Fellowship. This fellowship honors the legendary contributions of John N. Insall, whose work in knee surgery set the standard for excellence in clinical research, patient care, and education. Since 2002, groups of four international surgeons have traveled annually around North America, visiting Knee Society members’ programs to share ideas, techniques, and foster camaraderie. Dr. Ledford’s journey included 4 fellows, 32 days, and visits to 11 premier total knee institutions across the country. His stops included: Mayo Clinic Rochester, Indiana Joint Replacement Institute, Duke Orthopaedic Surgery, NYU Langone Health Orthopedics, the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, Mayo Clinic Arizona, University of Utah Health Orthopedics, Colorado Joint Replacement, The Steadman Clinic in Colorado, University of Arkansas, and OrthoCarolina. ? Meet Peter J. Millett, MD, MSc: Sports Medicine & Shoulder, Knee, and Elbow Specialist ? Dr.?Peter J. Millett is an internationally renowned orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder, knee, and elbow conditions. Dr. Noorzad’s journey reflects a rich educational background and diverse experience. After graduating magna cum laude George Mason University?with a degree in psychology, he completed his medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).
