The Standard expects officers of the company to serve on a civic or nonprofit board and currently, more than 70 officers serve on boards around the U.S. Earlier this month, we partnered with the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship to provide board training for officers and other employees newer to board service and those interested in the skills to become a successful board member. It’s another way our people can strengthen the communities they call home.
