In their new roles, they will lead strategic initiatives, oversee operations across SFC’s national portfolio, and support business development and community engagement. ? Wes?previously served as General Manager of Cedar Point Sports Center and?VP of Venue Management for SFC. He?has over 22 years of experience in the sports business industry. He has held executive roles with the Hampton Roads Sports Commission, Omaha Sports Commission, and Sioux Falls Sports Authority, overseeing events that generated more than $410 million in direct visitor spending. ? Todd?was previously Vice President of Venue Management and has 20 years of experience in youth, amateur, and B2C event production, with a focus on venue management. He has led operations at Ballparks of America in Branson, MO, and Elizabethtown Sports Park in Kentucky. ? Patrick most recently served as?VP of Venue Management and?General Manager of Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater. He has 19 years of experience in sports and entertainment. He has held leadership roles at Spooky Nook Sports, the largest indoor sports complex in North America, and has coaching experience at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. We love seeing State Championships hosted at our facilities! The latest example is in Overland Park, KS, at AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk. Over the weekend, SFC welcomed the Kansas 6A State Wrestling Championship, marking the first time since 1983 that the tournament was held east of Topeka. Beyond the action on the mats, this event delivered a major economic impact, bringing an estimated $300,000 to the area in just 48 hours. Take 16-year-old Alexis Snyder, who trains five days a week at our rink while balancing schoolwork in between. Her coach has seen firsthand how a facility like this fuels dedication and growth—not just for elite skaters but for the 500+ kids in our Learn to Skate program.
