Ben Hoeksema's unconventional journey to Spinx Ben Hoeksema's life took an unexpected turn when a random point on a map led him to Greenville, SC, where he eventually put down roots. After graduating college, he closed his eyes, picked a spot, and accepted a recruiting role at North Greenville University. Though he hoped to meet a Southern belle, he married the love of his life from Philadelphia, whom he met in Greenville. Ben's best friend and roommate joined him within six months, and he now works at Spinx. Soon, Ben's family and friends followed, and today about 30 people from his circle call Greenville home. Originally planning a career in higher education, Ben spotted Spinx's Manager in Training (MIT) program on LinkedIn, drawn by the growth potential. Seven years later, he's a Territory Manager at Spinx, where the company's genuine loyalty and commitment to teammates have kept him dedicated to the team.

Taylor Brown's Journey: From Part-Time CSR to Territory Manager Taylor Brown joined Spinx in December 2018 as a part-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) at a Charleston store, while working full-time as a potato chip vendor servicing Spinx locations. She took on the role to earn extra income and chose Spinx for its positive culture and community presence. Spinx accommodated her evening schedule. After about a year, Taylor was approached about a full-time position, paving the way for a career with Spinx. Taylor became a Shift Supervisor (SSP) and was promoted to Assistant General Manager (AGM) after six months. Promotions continued to come Taylor’s way. Currently, she is the Territory Manager (TM) in the Charleston area. Taylor stays with Spinx for more than just the benefits. She values the family-like environment and is grateful for the company’s faith in her. She feels valued and envisions a long future with Spinx, thanks to the career path it has provided
