Job Posting: Program Coordinator? Organization: The Sparrow’s Nest Child Care Cooperative? Location: St. Charles County, Missouri? Position Type: Full-Time? About Us:? The Sparrow’s Nest Child Care Cooperative provides no-cost childcare and resources to low-income, at-risk families in our community. Our mission is to embrace the God-given dignity of all human life by empowering young families with resources to realize their full potential.? We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, providing social-emotional support for children, and fostering strong relationships with families. The Program Coordinator will handle participant intake, billing, program oversight, and support childcare providers as needed. Key Responsibilities:? Administration and Program Oversight:? Oversee and implement policies and procedures related to programming, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and funding requirements.? Manage participant intake, including initial interviews, assessments, and enrollment paperwork.? Ensure timely and accurate billing submissions to the Children’s Community Resource Board (CCRB) and other funding entities.? Maintain organized and compliant records for all participants and program activities.? Family and Child Support:? Develop and implement therapeutic activities for children enrolled in the cooperative to support emotional, social, and cognitive development.? Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 10 families per week, providing individualized support and resources.? Act as a resource for families, connecting them to community services and providing ongoing support.? Program Support:? Collaborate with childcare providers, offering hands-on support within the facility as needed.? Monitor the progress and well-being of children and families, ensuring alignment with program goals.? Participate in program evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.? Qualifications:? Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field (preferred).? Experience in program coordination, case management, or similar roles.? Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.? Knowledge of therapeutic activities for children and experience working with at-risk populations.? Ability to oversee and implement policies effectively, ensuring compliance and program success.? Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to the needs of families and providers.? Compensation and Benefits:? Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.?
