Hi, my name is Kay Miller, and I am a skills trainer with Partnership for Children (PFC) and care coordinator with the Infant and Early Childhood Program (IEC). I teach kids skills so they can be successful in their relationships and build self-esteem and confidence. I also support daycare providers in their efforts to provide high quality care to children.
