Anyone want to meet up tonight at San Diego County Startup Mixer?in Bay Park?

I had coffee either Alla last week in the rain! She had been building engineering teams at Apple and is now exploring San Diego. She told me a fun story about waiting in line at the Apple Store at 4am for the first iPhone with Siri. A year later, she was working on the team building the iconic iPhone feature. And she stayed for 11 years! We talked about breath work, how to encourage kids to learn ai tools now and how it might be up to the parents to encourage their little ones vs wait for the school system to catch up. She’s looking to connect with founders at mid size startups, people who run in the rain (she did that after our coffee) and to get a little more connected in San Diego. Who else would you recommend she meet? Howl yeah!

Exciting update: I am one month into participating in an internship with Ecodrive! Ecodrive allows businesses to reach their impact goals through projects including tree planing and ocean plastic removal! They are verified and use on-the-ground technology that captures photos and geo-coordinates of real time environmental impact. Businesses can then communicate transparently of their efforts to customers. Hurray for clear communication! ???? Big shoutout to Jonah Peake ?? for introducing me to the Ecodrice team! Check out his Coyote pack, it’s been an honor to watch this rad pack of networkers build. I’m excited to continue learning all things startup from my talented mentor Grace Moore! Cheers to growth!
