Join us for an incredible evening in support of Mystic Aquarium and Eating with the Ecosystem, where chefs David Standridge, Renee Touponce, Adam Young, and Johan Jensen will showcase their culinary talents to celebrate the health of our aquatic ecosystems. The event begins with a viewing of the PBS docuseries Hope in the Water in the main gallery of Mystic Aquarium, surrounded by vibrant marine life. Following the screening, Boston Globe journalist Alexa Gagosz will moderate a brief panel discussion featuring Kate Masury from Eating with the Ecosystem, Jennifer Bushman of Fed by Blue, Chef David Standridge of The Shipwright’s Daughter, and David Cochran from Mystic Aquarium. The discussion will focus on actionable steps to protect and maintain a healthy marine environment. The evening will culminate with an al fresco reception featuring the culinary creations of these acclaimed chefs, set amidst Mystic's very own pod of beluga whales.
